| This pertains only to downloads that have a fee. To download what you have paid for, the seller must verify through the "My Account" tab at the top of the Home Page, that you have paid. The seller clicks on the Verify sales link in "My Account" which then enables the customer to download the item(s) purchased. The buyer checks the "My Account" Tab for items they have purchased to determine if the payment has been verified. The Buyer and Seller can send messages to each other through the messaging function. We have chosen this process to bring the best possible security to you the buyer and seller. We continue to work on process improvements to make this the best experience possible.
